Blue Dragon Tai Chi



     Tai Chi Chuan is a form of Chinese exercise based on Martial Art and the Daoist Philosophy of Yin and Yang. Reaching back hundreds of years, its origin is shrouded in myth and legend. In today's society it can be very useful in improving heath and mental wellbeing. It is well known to be useful tool in the management of physical and mental ailments. e.g. Arthritis and Depression. It can also be used as a method of self defence, and in fact is an extremely powerful, but requires many years of practice to be effective. Blue Dragon Tai Chi Teaches Tai Chi belonging to the Cheng Ming System which also incorporates two other forms of Chinese Internal Style Kung Fu, namely Hsing-I and Ba Gua.
